Ground-Mounted Array

Habitat's 9.2 kW ground-mounted photovoltaic array came online in December 2010. This array provides approximately one third of the annual electricity needs for the wildlife sanctuary. The photovoltaic array began reporting energy production through PowerDash in the spring of 2012.

Squash court roof-mounted solar array at Habitat

Roof-Mounted Array (Squash Court)

In early 2018, a 9.7kW photovoltaic array was installed on the roof of the old squash court building.

In September of 2012, a 2.88kW system was installed on a house that Habitat owns and currently rents as a private residence.
