For Schools & Teachers

Our award-winning school programs bring the natural world to you.

Through field trips, classroom explorations and more, enhance your students’ understanding of species and habitats; ecological concepts such as food webs, cycles, systems, adaptation, and evolution; climate change; and interrelationships between people and nature.

All our programs are accessible, culturally responsive, and flexibly designed to respond to the needs of students; they also align with the Massachusetts Department of Education Curriculum Frameworks and the Next Generation Science Standards.

Most field trips can be paired with an introductory classroom experience at your school, either virtually or in-person, to activate student learning prior to their visit. If transportation is a barrier, programs can be led as field experiences in your own schoolyard or a nearby outdoor space.
