Why do birds seem to fuss with their feathers so much? Are those two birds fighting, or courting? Bird behaviors can be quirky, surprising, and sometimes confusing. From flight to feeding, you'll learn how to interpret some of the most common bird behaviors. Once you tackle the basics of behavior, the value of your birdwatching transforms from admiring their beauty to appreciating their complex lives.
