Meet us in Hyde Park for an afternoon of exploration at Sherrin Woods, the second largest Urban Wild site in Boston. This is a wonderful time to observe and appreciate the birds that call Boston home. In this program we will learn how to identify birds by looking at wings, beaks, and feathers. We will also have the chance to go on a bird walk and create some seed art for the birds to enjoy.
This is a Bird-a-thon walk for beginner level birders. Please meet at the entrance at Austin Street. Call 617-983-8500 for directions.
Please note:
This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. This program is free for DotRx members.
