Marblehead Neck Wildlife Sanctuary is a fantastic birding location during fall and spring migrations. Situated along the Atlantic Flyway, the 18-acre sanctuary serves as a "migrant trap" for a diversity of species that rest and refuel in the wetlands and mixed deciduous forest. The relatively small size of this property allows birders to thoroughly investigate the area, which often leads to the discovery of rarities. You do not need to be an expert birder to appreciate this wonderful place; birders of all levels are welcome.
