How does sap turn to syrup? Late winter to early spring is a great time to dig into the science of the process. Learn what the trees are doing this time of year and join us for a trip out to the sugar bush. We'll explore all the elements that get us to the syrup on our pancakes; from the tree and weather to turning sap into syrup.

Registration is required.
