Description
Let's explore along the fantastic lower part of the Neponset River! We will walk through areas of marshes, woods, down to the Central Ave T, and then back.
We will search for resident birds as well as early fall migrants (some shorebirds start very early).
Birders of all levels will enjoy these guided walks; beginning birders are encouraged to come! The trail is entirely paved and flat and will cover approximately 2.5 miles.

This program will start at the Francias A. Ryan Memorial playground. For your GPS, use the following address: 330 River St, Boston, MA 02126.
We will cut through the playground, which connects directly to the Lower Neponset River trail.
Bring or apply at home sunblock and bug spray. Bring a water bottle.
