Drumlin Farm's CIT program is an experience in leadership training. CITs work alongside our counselors to share their love and knowledge of nature with younger campers. Each session, they are assigned a group to work with for the full two weeks, developing bonds with campers and assisting with camp programs.
Daily meetings give CITs a chance to share experiences, learn more about nature and agriculture, and build a community of supportive peers. Ongoing feedback from staff helps CITs to find and develop their individual teaching and leadership styles as they write and teach creative new lessons.
CITs also play an important role in our camp community, teaching campers games, crafts, and lessons, participating in All-Camp Gatherings, and leading the entire camp in songs, skits, and the ever-popular game Predator/Prey,
Join us for a summer of fun and learning!
In 2021, CITs registration will be available through application only. The link to our CIT application can be found on the Drumlin Farm Camp webpage, or in our 2021 camp brochure. Applications are due no later than March 1st.
