Description
Massachusetts is home to a number of salamander and frog species and spring is the time to see them. Indoors, get to know which species are found here and their conservation status. Outdoors, we will visit the vernal pool to see whether frogs have returned and are swimming about or whether salamanders have laid eggs. We will also take a short walk into the woods to search for Red-backed Salamanders.
