Vacation Week Camps at Stony Brook

Your children don't have to go far away to experience a new world or discover something new about themselves. Just send them to Stony Brook during school vacation weeks—we know how to make learning fun!

Children are divided into two age groups (ages 5–6 and ages 7–10) so each day's curriculum can be customized for age-appropriate learning.

Programs run 9:00 am-3:30 pm each day; sign up for single sessions or join us for all four days!

February

Don't anticipate—participate! We keep the activities a surprise, but each day you can expect to become a different type of scientist: meteorologist, chemist, ecologist, or astronomer. Kids will have fun conducting experiments and practicing the skills needed to be the best scientists they can be!

April

Get ready to spend lots of time outdoors! Learn how animals find their way during migration and the problems they encounter; discover how to turn things you might recycle or throw away into awesome crafts; experiment with the science of all things mucky and slimy; and find out how the water cycle works.
