Daily Nature Themes
Monday–Friday • 9:00 am–12:00 pm
Each day of virtual vacation week revolves around a different nature-based theme that will guide our activities and explorations.

Tuesday—Trees
Bark, branches, stumps, and twigs—learn about all things trees as we study the forest ecosystem. Study how animals use trees, how humans use trees, and how some trees can be harmed or helped by humans.
Wednesday—Birds of Spring
It's April, which means there are birds on the move! What is it called when a bird spends different seasons in different places? Learn about different types of birds and what makes them special.
Thursday—Climate Kids!
You CAN make a difference! Celebrate Earth Day by learning about how to keep our Earth healthy in a changing climate. Learn about the differences between weather and climate, and even try to create your own solar oven.
Friday—Herps & Fish
Learn all about "cold-blooded vertebrates" like frogs, fish, and snakes. We may even get to meet a cold-blooded creature that calls Mass Audubon home!
