Description
Explore the trails of Wellfleet Bay while looking and listening for birds in different habitats and learning about their life cycles and adaptations. Practice using binoculars while on a scavenger hunt and play games with your family and new friends to act like birds. Try flapping your 'wings' as fast as a hummingbird, catching an 'insect' in mid-flight, and listening for 'mice' like an owl! This program is the perfect opportunity for curious young explorers and their families to enjoy a short hike and hands-on activities while getting a taste of the vibrant world of birds.
