Description
When you think of ponds, do frogs and fish come to mind? There's so much more to discover in and around pond habitats. Join us for a story, a lively discussion, and a walk to Farm Pond to explore the fascinating creatures that live there. We may obeserve tiny insect larvae, amphibian eggs, and other surprises-each scoop of pond water offers a chance to see something new. Come prepared to be outdoors for about an hour, in all kinds of weather, walking on uneven terrain. If time allows, enjoy some playtime in our backyard nature space.
