Description
Start with gentle standing yoga, then head out on the trails with certified instructor Jen Songer, pausing along the way for meditation and mindful movement amid the seasonal sights and sounds of the sanctuary. Warm up with hot chocolate when you get back. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels of experience, whether you've practiced for years or are trying yoga for the first time.
Slow down, reflect, and come away more tuned in to yourself and the nature around you.

Jen Songer - Jen has been teaching yoga in the Central Massachusetts area for 16 years. She completed her 500-hour certification in 2020 at Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA, and teaches special education in the Worcester Public Schools.
What To Expect
Plan on 90 minutes of walking on trails with some uneven footing, with stops along the way for gentle yoga and meditation.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Modifications are offered throughout, so you can take part at your own level.
Hot chocolate is served after the walk.
