Description
The full moon transforms Wachusett Meadow's trails and meadows into a landscape unlike anything you'll find by day. On this 1.5-2-mile guided hike, a naturalist leads you through the moonlit sanctuary, sharing seasonal natural history and stories of the nocturnal wildlife active around you. Along the way, you'll learn how different species navigate, hunt, and communicate after dark—sharpening your own senses in the process. Come ready to slow down, tune in, and experience the sanctuary in a way most visitors never do.
