Description
Some animals are experts at hiding in plain sight.
Investigate how camouflage works with your preschooler and a Mass Audubon educator, starting indoors with an activity that shows how color and pattern help an animal disappear. Then head out on the trails to hunt for signs of the critters that blend into the winter woods. Make a camouflage craft to take home as a memory of your time together
Every month, Tiny Trekkers connects young learners to the natural world, building the curiosity and care that grows into a lifetime of environmental stewardship.
