As the sun lowers, the trails at Pleasant Valley set the perfect scene for a closer look at nature's most misunderstood animals. This family-friendly Halloween walk pairs seasonal excitement with real natural history, as your naturalist unravels the myths and legends behind the creatures that inspire Halloween's most iconic symbols.
You'll hike at a leisurely pace as dusk settles in, looking for wildlife signs and learning how bats, owls, spiders, and other sanctuary residents benefit the ecosystems around them.
