Description
Enjoy a short family hike around The Mount's wetlands and ponds while learning more about the amazing creatures that live there. A Mass Audubon naturalist will help you look for frogs, fish, salamanders, aquatic bugs, and other wild animals that call these places home.
This is a program designed for families with children. Each registration requires at least one adult and one child. This program covers up to one mile of unsurfaced trails containing a mix of flat ground and gradual slopes, making it unsuitable for strollers. Some sections of the trail surface could contain exposed tree roots and rocks. Recent weather could make the trail muddy, wet, or slippery.
