Home School at Oak Knoll: Young Explorers (Ages 4.5-6)
Description
Designed for the homeschool families of the youngest naturalists, each Wednesday we'll explore the changing seasons, with monthly themes like Changes in Nature, Animal Classification, and the Water Cycle.
Naturalists follow the children's curiosity, letting unexpected discoveries and spontaneous questions shape the day as much as any lesson plan, but will always include outdoor play, trail exploration, and visits with the Nature Center's animal ambassadors.

Instructions
Please be prepared for all types of weather and hiking conditions. Programs run rain or shine and are primarily outdoors, with indoor access to bathrooms and the Nature Center as needed. Children are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a snack
Health History, Emergency, and Release forms are required for all participants. A link will be provided upon successful registration. This is a drop-off program.
Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary is located at 1417 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. Pull into the parking lot and meet staff at the Nature Center for check-in. Parents and guardians are welcome to walk students into the Nature Center.
