Description
In this travel series, we meet at a unique, specified destination, to walk and bird the trails together.
To sweeten the deal, we'll throw in some of Doug's legendary home-baked scones.
Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary in S. Dartmouth has three trail systems spanning multiple habitats across 620 acres. The expanse of salt marsh on Allens Pond provides nesting opportunities for salt marsh sparrows, willets, seaside sparrows and osprey. This is a great location to see piping plovers, yellow warbles and bobolinks.
