Owl Prowl with Chili and Cornbread

Description

Warm up in the Nature Center with a bowl of chili and a square of cornbread before heading out into the winter twilight.

This North River tradition brings together dinner and owls for an evening to remember. Search the secretive territory of one of nature's most skilled nocturnal hunters, and test your ears against calls that can carry a mile through bare winter woods. Sightings are never guaranteed, but the listening alone is worth the trip.

Checking registration status.
