Description
You can't see the wind, but you can watch what it does.
In this homeschool program, young naturalists head outside with their caregiver and a Mass Audubon educator to explore the science of wind and fall weather through outdoor activities and a trail walk.
Observe how shifting air and changing weather shapes the landscape: scattering seeds, stripping leaves, pushing migrating birds along their journeys, and signaling animals to prepare for winter.
Small group sizes keep the pace discovery-driven and the questions coming.
