Description
The trails at North River are alive with the sounds and signs of the season—falling leaves, migrating birds, and the last warmth of a fading fall.
Take a short hike through the sanctuary as a naturalist points out seasonal wildlife activity, fall plant life, and the small details that make October walks so satisfying. Get to know the season's most misunderstood creatures and why they are not-so-spooky.
This is a relaxed, accessible outdoor experience designed for curious families with young kids who want to slow down and look at what's around them.
Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the program.
