Mindful Birding

Description

Mindful birding is a simple yet potent way to cultivate relaxation, a quiet mind, and a deep love for birds.

Participants will be introduced to a mindful birding experience that activates their senses, promotes wellbeing, and deepens their relationship to the land and birds.

This program is designed for long-time bird lovers and beginners alike. No prior experience is necessary.

Instructions

The group will meet at Moose Hill in Sharon MA. Participants should bring a water bottle, a portable chair or blanket to sit on when the group is out on the property, and clothing appropriate for the weather.
