Description
Winter snow offers the perfect opportunity to practice tracking animals at Moose Hill. Walk through the sanctuary's trails looking for tracks, scat, and feeding signs from deer, foxes, and other wild neighbors active even in the coldest months.
Learn how to identify what you find and piece together a picture of what the animals are up to when no one is around. Back inside, the clues from the trail will inspire nature journaling time or a tracking-themed craft to take home.
