Description
By mid-March, spring is arriving at Moose Hill in subtle glimpses that are very easy to unknowingly walk right past. Head out on the sanctuary's trails with a naturalist and use your eyes, ears, nose, and hands to find them, from the smell of skunk cabbage to the sound of birds, back on territory and buds of all kinds slowly emerging along the trails.
Learn what sets these first changes off and why the order they happen in matters to the plants and animals depending on them. Back inside, the trail inspires our creation of a spring-themed craft to take home.
