Description
While searching for a bird flitting about in a tree, have you ever wondered why you often find Cedar Waxwings in Red Cedar Trees? Or maybe you've been birdwatching with a group when someone points out that there’s a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker on the trunk of the Black Cherry, but you didn’t know which tree it was. If that’s the case, this is the program for you. We’ll discuss tree identification basics and make connections between tree species, seasonal changes, and the birds that frequent them.
This standalone program is part of the 5-session online Autumn Avians Series.
