Birdwatching Basics: Spring Rush

Description

Spring is an especially rewarding season to be birding; often, we are able to see a good mix of birds without much effort, as migrants return and get down to the business of establishing and defending territory before they nest.

Explore birding resources, sharpen your identification skills, and learn about the behaviors and habitats that define spring birding. Deepen your sense of seasonal and location-based species and see how the world of birds gets more interesting the more you learn.

This program is part of the online Birdwatching Basics Series. Each session stands alone, but if you register for the series before it begins, you get all four sessions for the price of three.
