Nature of Winter Series

Description

Turn your Massachusetts winter into a season of discovery. Have you ever wondered which animal left those tracks in the snow, what trees and lichens line the trails on your winter walks, or what happens to sea turtles caught in Massachusetts Bay as the water cools?

This series introduces the seasonal dynamics of winter and leaves you with ideas and resources for observing, appreciating, and supporting wildlife near home.

Each session stands alone, but if you register for the full series before it begins, you get all four sessions for the price of three.

1/27: Tracks and Traces

2/10: Buds, Bark, & Branches

2/24: The Life of Lichens

3/10: Sea Turtle Rescue
