Autumn Birding: The Science of Migration

Every fall, billions of birds take to the sky in one of the most astonishing feats in the natural world. Explore the science behind bird migration and learn why birds migrate, how they navigate thousands of miles, and what researchers are learning about the cues, routes, and hazards that shape each journey.
