Description
Bird nest designs and construction methods are as innumerable and unique as their builders. From the highly specialized mud nests of a colony of cliff swallows to the intentionally rudimentary twig and grass nests of American Robins, nests assure the continuation of future generations. Explore the importance of nests in courtship and bonding, nest site choices, architecture, assembly, and more.
Each Birds of Massachusetts session stands alone, but if you register for the full series before it starts on April 21, you get all 6 sessions for the price of 5. Recordings will be sent to registrants after each program.
