Description
Enjoy a winter walk to Hall's Pond in Brookline and discover the fascinating story of its significance to Mass Audubon's founding. Minna B. Hall and Harriet Lawrence Hemenway, Mass Audubon’s two founding mothers, were key environmental activists in bird conservation. Their efforts ended the nineteenth-century practice of wearing birds on hats.
Also open to anyone ages 14+ accompanied by an adult.
