Description
No car? No problem! Ride the Orange Line to its last stop at Oak Grove and set out for Middlesex Fells Reservation, a long stretch of woods, ridges, and ponds at the northern edge of the city. A naturalist guide will lead the way and show you how to read the signs winter animals leave behind. Look for tracks in snow and mud, chewed twigs, scattered feathers, and other clues that hint at who has been moving through. See public transportation as a pathway to discovery and develop a deeper sense of belonging with the environments we pass by every day.
