T-stop Trek: Winter Wildlife at Revere Beach

Description

No car? No problem! Hop on the Blue Line to discover a side of Revere Beach that most people overlook: the coast in the quiet of winter. Starting from the Revere Beach T-stop, a naturalist guide will lead you along the shoreline as wintering seabirds work the surf and the tides reveal the beach's cold-season rhythms.

Discover how marine wildlife adapts to life along the Atlantic shoreline through the coldest months of the year, and why coastal ecosystems remain resilient even when the summer crowds are long gone. See public transportation as a pathway to discovery and develop a deeper sense of belonging with the environments we pass by every day.
