Magazine Beach Park's greenspace offers an urban oasis along the Charles River for migrating and resident birds alike, whether they're staying to breed or stopping by on their journey. Take a stroll to look for migrating species like Blue-headed Vireo, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, and Pine Warbler, as well as beautiful full-year residents like Northen Mockingbird and our local pair of Peregrine Falcons.

Meet at the Nature Center. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a water bottle, and dress appropriately for the weather. Feel free to bring your own optics or borrow a pair of ours. There will be bathrooms available. Parking is available but limited, so please avoid driving if possible.
