Mother's Day Birding

Description

Celebrate Mother's Day (or simply enjoy a spring evening walk) as we bird along the Charles River. Look for colorful spring migrants like American Redstart, Black-throated Green warblers, and Least Flycatchers, as well as nesting species like Northern Yellow Warbler and our resident Peregrine Falcon pair. Watch for raptors like Osprey overhead and waders like Black-crowned Night-Heron along the river. Over 130 species have been recorded at the park in the month of May!

This program is geared towards participants 13 years of age and older.
