Description
Get creative, get curious, and get outside! This after-school adventure blends nature-based art, active exploration, and outdoor play in a fun, hands-on format designed for 2nd and 3rd graders.
Each session invites kids to hike the sanctuary trails, dive into nature-inspired art projects using a variety of materials, and play engaging games that spark movement and imagination. Along the way, students observe how the landscape shifts with the seasons, learning to spot subtle changes in plants, wildlife, and weather.
Whether crafting with leaves, painting with mud, or building with sticks, kids will experiment with different art mediums while connecting with the natural world and each other, rain or shine!
