Ceramics Workshop: Nature-inspired Nesting Plates

Join us for a creative and engaging 3-week ceramic workshop where you will craft a set of three nesting plates.This workshop is open to all skill levels and all nesting plates will be hand built. Workshop participants will learn slab building techniques, explore texture, learn sculpting and carving techniques, and experiment with surface decoration using natural materials to create floral and natural designs on their nesting plates. At the end of the workshop, each person will take home three nesting plates that will be picked up after the third class once the glaze firing has been completed.
