Description
Explore the moderate terrain of our scenic trails where we will uncover the fascinating ecology of vernal pool creatures, including spotted salamanders, wood frogs, and fairy shrimp. This afternoon walk offers a wonderful opportunity to deepen your connection with nature and sharpen your outdoor observation skills this May.
This program is offered in conjunction with a morning nature journaling class focused on vernal pools. Participants can register for one or both sessions separately.
