Pottery in Motion: Beginner Wheel Throwing Series

Description

Over this five-session series, you will learn the basics of using the pottery wheel, including centering, pulling, shaping, and finishing techniques.

By the end, you'll have your own collection of one-of-a-kind bowls, mugs, vessels, and sculptural pieces to take home. MABA Education Center's 124-acre wildlife sanctuary will offer a setting to explore and find inspiration from before capturing it within the clay.

With only seven participants, everyone receives generous individual attention and support. This workshop is geared specifically for beginners.
