A Nature Year at MABA Education Center: Winter
Description
The winter season hosts compelling natural history often overlooked if you don't seek it out. This three-month series will give you dedicated time each month to explore the latest most enticing natural phenomena with an expert guide.
We'll kick things off in December studying trees by their now accessible buds, move into January to follow wildlife tracks and traces, and wrap up February by swooping into the world of owls.
Sessions begin inside before heading out for 90 minutes of active field exploration, building natural history knowledge alongside a community of curious adult learners. Participants leave with a richer understanding of the landscape and a deeper connection to this remarkable sanctuary
