Description
When the sun sets early and the leaves have fallen, the evening woods grow quiet...except for the owls. Great Horned Owls, Barred Owls, and Eastern Screech-Owls hoot and call across the sanctuary as they establish winter territories.
On this guided family walk, you'll move through meadows and woodland trails with expert educators, listening for owl calls and watching for movement in the canopy. You'll learn all about whooo's living in the woods and what their lives are like. If the clouds clear, early winter sunsets also offer views of stars and planets scattered across the night sky.
