Description
A single milkweed patch contains a whole world of buzzing, crawling, and fluttering life.
This workshop, held inside The Nest studio, encourages you to take a closer look at the milkweed community, including the Monarch Butterfly, bright red Milkweed Beetles, and other insects that make their home on milkweed.
Through guided drawing and watercolor techniques led by our instructor, learn to bring this summer world to life on the pages of a nature journal, exploring how close observation of a single plant can open a remarkable ecological story. All experience levels are welcome.
