Description
The wildlife sanctuary transforms after dark into a hidden world of glowing insects, nocturnal wildlife, and curious sounds. Expert educators guide families through the meadows and woodlands as the sky darkens, tuning into the sounds and sights that only emerge once daylight fades.
Summer evenings bring fireflies lighting the meadow and the calls of insects filling the air. Listen for birds and watch for bats beginning their evening hunt, with the chance of spotting the sanctuary's resident Great Horned Owls on a slow paced 90-minute hike.
