Description
Unwind your mind, refresh your energy, and reconnect with nature through a unique blend of guided yoga and forest bathing at the beautiful Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary! Feel grounded as you experience a restorative yoga flow and inspired by a mindful forest bathing walk through the sanctuary's diverse ecosystems. Weather permitting, we'll practice yoga outdoors on the Harbor Overlook lawn; otherwise, we'll gather in the spacious Discovery Center.
This class is appropriate for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, as several options/modifications will be given for both the yoga and the forest bathing walk.
