Description
Ease into a calm, outdoor practice that blends gentle movement, steady breathing, and mindfulness. This QiGong series draws inspiration from the five elements of nature—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—helping participants feel more grounded and present.
Practicing outside at Long Pasture invites a deeper awareness of the connection between your own energy and the living world around you. The experience supports wellbeing while strengthening the kind of nature connection that inspires everyday care for the environment.
Qigong is the practice of working with energy—the natural life force that flows within us and all around us, connecting body, mind, and environment.
