Description
Experience the majesty of viewing thousands of swallows, herons, and egrets settling to roost in the expansive marsh of the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge at sunset. In the surrounding mudflats we'll also scan for plovers and sandpipers foraging as they refuel for their next stretch of migration. Just when the evening couldn't possibility get any better, we may be serenaded by the resident Eastern Whip-Poor-Wills as the sun falls beneath the horizon.
