Birdwatching is a popular recreational activity in which more than 45 million people participate each year. Join us as we enjoy birds by sight and sound in company with other nature lovers. We will get to know birds in a variety of habitats by walking slowly and mindfully, paying close attention to the natural world around us.
Birders of all levels are welcome.

Meet at the Greenbelt Trailhead, 60 Concord St., Gloucester, MA.
Bring binoculars, a field guide to birds, and a scope if you have one. Wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and potentially muddy trails. Participants should expect to walk moderate terrain changes at a slow pace, for a mile or more.
