Friday Morning Birding

Description

Explore the most prolific birding regions in Massachusetts week after week as part of Friday Morning Birding. Each session, experienced guides lead birders of all skill levels by van and carpool to a different habitat across the North Shore and Boston. The cast of species changes constantly as winter loosens its grip and the first spring arrivals appear.

From coastal mudflats and salt marshes to woodland edges and river estuaries, every outing offers a fresh look at the birds that make this region so extraordinary.

These informal outings are as much about shared discovery as identification, a chance to slow down, look carefully, and talk about birds with people who care about them as much as you do.
