Description
By November at Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, the migrants of high summer are long gone, and a new wave of birds has settled in. Sea ducks such as Common Eiders, Buffleheads, and Long-tailed Ducks work the open water while songbirds gather at the thickets, loading up on seeds for the weeks ahead.
This guided birding program is paced for pleasure, with frequent stops to observe, photograph, and discuss what you're seeing. Bring your binoculars and curiosity for a morning of discovery in one of Massachusetts' finest birding landscapes, with a guide who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the experience.
